Growth Hacker – Contractor

Overview:

We are looking for a Growth Hacker to help drive leads for a growing start up in the home improvement space. If you have the ability to deliver leads through agile testing and learning, website content management and SEO/SEM and digital/social expertise, we have the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and test changes to website that deliver increased metrics including traffic and lead generation
  • Collaborate and drive testing within key channels and identify areas for growth
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition, decreasing cost per acquisition/leads
  • Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
  • Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand
  • Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
  • Analyze, recommend and lead implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Deliver SEO excellence

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker
  • In depth knowledge of SEO, Digital and Social
  • Applicable knowledge of website development and management
  • Hands on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools            
  • Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High standards of excellence and attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Proactive, strategic thinker
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    Compensation:

·         Monthly flat rate

·         Estimated timing: 20 hours/week
