Junior Sidekick - Project Coordinator & Marketing Manager


The chore of home improvement has become cumbersome, unenjoyable and uninspiring for homeowners – Sidekick is a Home Improvement Concierge Service set on changing this forever.  Sidekick’s Project Coordinators & Marketing Managers support Lead Project Managers in serving as a single point of contact for all the homeowner’s needs by connecting customers with Sidekick’s curated community of local handymen and contractors.  This role will also be responsible for leading and managing all grassroots and marketing influencer initiatives.  Sidekick is a young, entrepreneurial, fast-paced company – rapidly expanding throughout MA, CT, RI and NY – aimed at bringing simplicity, convenience and fun back to the chore of home improvement.

Senior Project Manager


Receive, organize and enter inbound customer leads into CRM software

Act as lead project manager for smaller projects and support and assist larger projects with supervision from Senior Project Manager

Lead initial customer inquiry responses, provide customer service throughout job briefing period, and gather job related details, e.g. job scope, photos, customer address, etc.

Recruit new contractor workforce community members and manage existing workforce, e.g. contact details, contractor ratings, contractor incentives, etc.

Set up marketing events and social media posts within territory as well as look for new opportunities to get Sidekick brand into the community


Successful candidates will be: Enthusiastic and proactive coordinators with excellent organization and communication skills, marketing background, customer service and project management skills, coupled with strong knowledge of local area.  Versatile professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment and eager to help drive new business growth.

1-5 years’ work experience (project management and marketing experience preferred)
